What is Remote IT help or computer services?

The phrase, remote IT services, refers to a system that allows a person to connect with and use a specific computer or network from a remote location. That way, your IT consultants won’t have to make you wait until they can physically come out to the office or your home when you experience a problem. They can address your concern remotely using remote access software.

Who is eligible for free IT remote support?

First responders, emergency medical professionals and all essential service providers listed on Alberta government.

How long does the offer last?

The offer is available between April 15, 2020 to May 15, 2020.

Can you replace my hard drive or upgrade a memory?

Currently, Majority of services that requires in-person repair is on hold due to COVID -19 measures and the free offer only includes remote login services.

Can I trust remote login session?

Remote access is necessary for IT technicians to provide timely support, conduct routine updates, and reduce the cost of location visits. Furthermore, while it may seem like a security breach to grant remote control over your systems, it’s actually no less secure than allowing someone to log-on in person.

That said, there are precautions you should follow to ensure the security of your personal files  and to safeguard the sensitive information of your clients/Business.

CyberDome technicians only work or login to your system if you approved and granted access to your computer. CyberDome will not call or email  you  unless you call us or email us to get the free offer.

CyberDome technician will login to your system and fix the issue you are having while you are watching on remote what we are doing on your computer or you could ask the technician over a phone or chat.

Is there any charge for the service offer?

No, There is no charge for the free remote IT service offer . CyberDome technician will never ask you any money for the free service offer.

Do I have to do a backup before I call or email for the free service offer?

 

We’ll do our best to preserve the data on your computer, but we always recommend keeping a backup of your information.

CyberDome understands that your data may be valuable to you. Data loss during service is always a possibility, and in some cases, data may be unrecoverable, erased, or reformatted during service.

For this reason, it is your sole responsibility to back up all existing data, software, and/or programs from your product, and to decide whether to erase any such data from your product, prior to receiving service.

 

CyberDome is not responsible for loss, recovery, or compromise of data, software or programs, or loss of use of your product or other equipment arising out of the services provided by CyberDome.

 

You represent that your product does not contain any illegal files or data. 

Do I have to make an appointment ?

Simply call ,text or email; us so we could arrange the best time for both of us to help you out the best we can on remote IT services.

Do I need identification to prove I am essential worker?

We may ask some questions to verify you are essential worker to be eligible for the offer only. We don't ask any other information that compromise your privacy.
